We focus on assisting injection molding companies, tool makers, OEM's, and design firms with cost reductions, improving product quality, improving efficiency and enhancing the performance and appearance of their products while helping to assure their products can be successfully manufactured. Our work aides these goals by identifying potential problems, cost savings, and further improvements necessary to optimize the part and mold/tool before it’s built. 

We also work diligently with customers who have an existing mold or product that they would like optimized and otherwise improved.  Diagnosis and troubleshooting of existing products and molds are a regular part of the services we provide. This work includes such things as cycle optimization, warpage reduction and optimization, runner sizing, process and part optimization for specific machine requirements, cosmetic improvement, weldline strength optimization, flow enhancement, short shot diagnosis and elimination, gas trap identification and improvement/elimination, etc. 

Our work is guided by our customer’s needs and our desire to help them produce the best possible product within their design constraints.  Our focus is to simply help our customers produce the best possible product, in the least amount of time, and at the lowest possible cost.
