Bluegrass Plastics was founded by Dave Trollinger
in 1970 as a small injection molding firm. After experiencing good sales and growth the firm became involved with Moldflow
in 1978. By 1984 the firm sold the injection molding portion and became a full time Moldflow consulting company.
Our team has over fifty years combined of molding experience. By combining analytical tools with
our experience we are able to factor into our analysis the molders needs in order to produce practical solutions.We recently
receive an award for meeting Bosch expectations and delivering 100% on time performance to Bosch tooling supplies. The honor
reflects BPE' s commitment to high quality, informative and prompt engineering services.
Because of our extensive molding experience we are well aware of tooling and production deadlines. We pride
